In 1979, NRCA and Purdue University began a partnership with Dr. Harvey Holt as program coordinator of the annual Weed Control Seminar. After 36 years, Harvey has retired.
NRCA President Duane Nelson presents a well deserved plaque to Harvey for his valuable service to NRCA. 
The “gavel train whistle” has been passed to Dr. Reid Smeda as new NRCA program director.
